We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team at Friendly Franchisees Corp. as a Residential Handyman. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of a private family home in the Newport Coast area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the facilities, including sweeping, dusting, and other tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and light repairs, including painting, filling gaps, and undertaking light installation.
  • Assist with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs, as needed.
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Handyman.
  • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good communication ability.
  • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $20-$26/hour DOE.
  • Flexible scheduling: 8am-8pm, Monday through Sunday.
  • Full-time position: 40 hours/week.
