We are seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our Med Surg unit at New Britain General. As a Float Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and research to inform clinical decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes and improve overall care
- Manage and prioritize multiple clinical priorities, delegating tasks as needed to achieve optimal patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Minimum one year of recent Acute Care RN experience
- Current Connecticut RN License required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service and effective verbal and written communication skills
