Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Project Engineer specializing in automation and estimation to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead the development of automation solutions, provide expertise in project estimation and proposals, and leverage various engineering tools. Key Duties:
1. Design automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
2. Prepare comprehensive project proposals and accurate estimates.
3. Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD and Inventor for system design.
4. Program and troubleshoot PLCs, particularly Allen Bradley and RSLogix.
5. Work with HMI and VFD to enhance control systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
7. Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in automation.
8. Manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to budget constraints.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
3. Strong foundation in automation, estimation, and manufacturing processes.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Allen Bradley, and related technologies.
5. Experience with PLCs, HMI, and VFD systems.
6. Excellent project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
9. A proactive and innovative approach to engineering challenges.
