Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Nurse Supervisor, the Clinical Nurse Specialist is tasked with delivering medical care to clients enrolled in Detox, Residential, and/or Extended Treatment Programs. This role involves direct medical assistance to clients and coordinating care for those requiring physician consultations. The Clinical Nurse Specialist collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to enhance client care quality and ensure effective program operations. Adherence to medical policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations is essential to uphold the integrity of Santa Fe Recovery Center.
Work Schedule:
Full-time and Part-time opportunities available with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse License at the time of hire and maintain licensure throughout employment.
- Preferred: One year of experience working with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Proficiency in computer systems is required to ensure compliance with licensing and certification standards.
- Must hold a current, valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record along with auto insurance.
- Bilingual/Bicultural candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
