PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carrying out tasks as directed by the Packaging Supervisor
  • Measuring, packaging, and labeling items accurately
  • Gathering samples and conducting tests to ensure product quality
  • Upholding a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Safely moving products from the production area to storage
  • Ensuring all operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 1 year (preferably 2-3 years) of hands-on experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing setting with measurable goals and standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to strict policies and procedures
  • Ability to measure, package, and label with precision
  • Strong time-management skills and capability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Familiarity with Windows-based software and point of sale applications is a plus
