Position Overview: Housekeeping and Maintenance at Asphalt Facility

We are in search of a dedicated individual to undertake general housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities at our Asphalt Facility. The ideal candidate should possess self-motivation, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently. Key duties include managing plant machinery, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting maintenance activities. This role involves working at heights of up to 70 feet and in confined areas. Standard working hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with adaptability based on production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to safety regulations and protocols
  • Maintaining orderly and clean work environments
  • Operating and servicing plant machinery
  • Executing basic labor tasks such as lifting and shoveling
  • Generating production documentation
  • Conducting inspections and maintenance of the facility
  • Assisting with daily operational adjustments
  • Engaging in collaborative efforts to meet objectives
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, though prior experience is not mandatory. A valid North Carolina Driver's License is required.
