Shift:

7am-3pm with an alternating weekend schedule.

At Transitional Care Management, we are expanding our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), which is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We have 148 beds and cater to a diverse group of individuals, including short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term care residents. Role Overview:
As a Housekeeping Technician, your contributions will significantly enhance the daily experiences of our residents. You will maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the facility while adhering to infection control protocols. Your responsibilities may include:

- Removing waste
- Cleaning windows
- Ensuring floors are immaculate
- Performing general bathroom sanitation
- Preparing rooms for new residents

Qualifications:
While the official title for this position is Housekeeper, it may also be referred to as Janitor, Custodian, Environmental Services Assistant, or Laundry Aide in other facilities.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of walking, standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting weights over 150 lbs.

Successful candidates will pass a pre-employment physical and background check. Compliance with CMS & IDPH guidelines regarding the Covid-19 vaccine is mandatory; candidates must be fully vaccinated or provide an exemption during the interview process.
