Maintenance Director

**Job Summary**

SR COMPANIES LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all expenses are properly documented and accounted for

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or facilities management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
