Maintenance Director

Tarantino Properties is a leading real estate company specializing in income-producing properties. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety for our residents and staff.

• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of our properties.
• Coordinate compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of Life Safety Systems, including fire extinguishers, sprinkler, and alarm systems.
• Perform annual maintenance and deep cleaning programs for apartments and common areas.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Manage inventory control and maintenance records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

• 2+ years of on-site experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, locksmith, painting, and other general repairs.
• Knowledge of State Regulations, budgeting, and room turns.
• HVAC Certification (preferred).
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
