Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our Cafe team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by crafting high-quality beverages and providing friendly, fast service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, building rapport, and listening to their needs.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Recommend and promote Barnes & Noble's products and services to customers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment, including the bake case and merchandise displays.
• Work efficiently and effectively to control waste and shrink, and protect company assets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
