We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our Cafe team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers, while also providing exceptional service and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the Cafe team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
