Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Luxury RV Resort Manager to join our team at CRR Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Our benefits package also includes two weeks of annual paid time off, full 401(k) match up to 6%, six paid holidays, benefit options including health, vision, and dental, company-paid short-term and long-term disability, and complimentary site rent and full hookups (FHU).

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of guest services and F&B operations, with a primary focus on planning, promoting, preparing, and supervising activities and events within the resort. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining excellent customer relations by keeping up with all in-house and area functions to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses in person and on telephone.
  • Supporting and working with all leadership team members in all aspects of running the resort.
  • Supervising the operations of guest services and activities to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to guests.
  • Contributing to and maintaining established information and communication sources such as department and front desk logbooks to enhance department communications and operations.
  • Preparing provisions for events, including arranging food and beverage, booking entertainers, designing tickets, and coordinating sponsors to fund events.
  • Assisting with social media to promote lifestyle and marketing of the resort and assisting with preparing newsletters and distributing to guests.
  • Photographing guests and events whenever possible to use in marketing, social media, newsletters, and videos.
  • Coordinating and providing additional services and activities for rally and group events in the resort, including private events, entertainment, and outreach.
  • Ensuring all guest amenities, outdoor games, equipment, and supplies are kept in good condition and free of hazard.
  • Ensuring resort rules are followed in all areas of the property to promote guest safety and satisfaction.
