Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and thorough updates to management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in insurance customer service, preferably with State Farm or a similar organization.
  • Active Property & Casualty license, with the ability to obtain Life and Health license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
