Position Overview:
The Patient Navigator serves as an essential member of Crouse Medical Practice, acting as a centralized point of access for patients to assist both clinicians and patients in managing specialty and diagnostic referrals.
When necessary, the Patient Navigator will guide patients through the healthcare system, from the initiation of referrals to obtaining prior authorizations, scheduling appointments, and tracking follow-up results.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a multi-specialty physician office
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong computer proficiency
- Demonstrated competence in interpersonal and professional relationships
- Proven skills in acute care patient management and organization
- Commitment to collaboration with physicians to personalize and enhance patient care
Compensation Range:
$28.50 - $36.00 depending on experience.
