Job Summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to lead the development and execution of our product portfolio strategy. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of product life cycle, including market research, product development, and launch planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage product life cycle, including market research, product development, and launch planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Drive business growth through data-driven decision making and market analysis
  • Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and sales and marketing expense goals

Requirements

  • College degree required, or equivalent years of education and experience
  • Five years of experience in marketing, product management, or product development
  • Team and peer leadership with excellent communications skills and proven results
  • MBA preferred
