  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in transportation services and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: First Aid/CPR certification required, as well as knowledge of school district bus transportation policies and procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and meet physical and medical requirements, including a criminal background search and ability to meet U.S. Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Regulations.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
