Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the creation of recruitment strategies and methodologies that align with the objectives of the Human Resources Division.
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates using advanced search methodologies; compiling recruitment analytics by gathering, interpreting, and summarizing hiring data and trends.
  • Offering recruitment assistance to hiring supervisors for both exempt and non-exempt roles. Overseeing internal and external recruitment channels and extending job offers once a candidate is selected.
  • Managing all aspects of organizational recruitment, including participating in job fairs, advertising positions, and conducting preliminary interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources is essential.

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Attention to detail, ability to navigate ambiguity, strong strategic thinking, and creativity are essential. Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
