Work Schedule:

Full Time: 4:00pm – 12:30am, Monday – Friday, with opportunities for overtime and special projects as needed.

Role Summary:

LECO Corporation is in search of a dependable custodial maintenance specialist. This role comes with comprehensive medical and retirement benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information on labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to lift weights up to 25 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning practices and procedures.
  • Competence in following both verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work overtime or additional hours during the second shift.
  • Completion of a safety training program.
  • Able to manage heights and industrial cleaning substances.

Position Requirements:

  • General cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, offices, and workspaces as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work in various areas beyond the main facility.
  • Work hours and responsibilities may fluctuate seasonally.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
