Job Responsibilities

As a Distressed Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and purchasing distressed properties that provide solid returns for buyers. Utilize proprietary software to manage contacts, contracts, and property rehabilitation. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
