Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Reef Technology Inc.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor will be responsible for conducting inventory counts, recording license plate numbers, and maintaining equipment. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete car counts for assigned areas at assigned times
  • Obtain ending tickets from dispensers as assigned
  • Accurately record the license plate number of every vehicle parked in the facilities
  • Clean and maintain all equipment daily
  • Ensure that all hand held devices are charged correctly each day
  • Report equipment malfunctions to your supervisor
  • Assist customers with directions or to help find their vehicles
  • Report to your supervisor when you have finished your assignment
  • Report problems encountered during the inventory process

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred

Working Conditions:

The Night Auditor will work outdoors for extended periods of time, including up to the entire duration of the shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold weather.
