Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a key member of the Residence Inn Harrisburg team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel financial transactions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicate with management and staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Perform guest services functions as required, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and staff.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
