About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Five Flavors Herbs, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support webstore order fulfillment by printing pick reports, picking products, and staging orders.
  • Oversee backstock inventory of proprietary blends for retail shops and webstore, ensuring proper tracking and movement of products.
  • Support shop beautification by maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, including shelves, countertops, and floors.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person, supporting customers in purchasing products and educating them on new offerings.
  • Cross-train and serve as the backup Shipping Coordinator when needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with POS stations, money handling, and positive customer care.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team-member skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with various positions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and work up to 8 hours while standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 100 hours of formal herbal training.
  • Broad and detailed understanding of herbs and supplements.
  • Experience with shipping label platforms, such as Shippo or Shipstation.
  • Knowledge of Latin nomenclature and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbs.
