Key Responsibilities:- Implement and complete assigned programming responsibilities and care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients.
- Assist individuals in achieving physical and emotional comfort, promoting their participation in activities both in-home and in the community.
- Provide direct care support, including conducting personal cares, administering medications, grocery shopping, meal preparation, household tasks, and meticulous documentation.
- Drive the company van and possess a valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in caring for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Patient, kind, and able to approach and deal with different aspects of daily activities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive the company van.
