Job Title: Production Technician II

Located in Woodland, WA, LifePort is a leading manufacturer of medical transportation and interior products, as well as ballistic armor protection systems for fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the electro-mechanical assembly of aircraft interior products, including sheet metal fabrication and mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and assemble parts to specified tolerances
  • File and buff parts to fit
  • Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spot face bolt holes in parts
  • Position and align parts
  • Follow written instructions, notes, and dimensions on drawings
  • Bolt, screw, and rivet parts together
  • Disassemble and replace parts as required
  • Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies
  • Mark identifying information on parts
  • Test functional performance of assemblies
  • Perform soldering and crimping duties
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED and three years of related experience and/or training
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Basic knowledge of the use and maintenance of common shop tools

DOE, $19/hr - $24/hr
