Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer projects to implement existing AI models and frameworks to tackle various business challenges across multiple sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into impactful AI-driven solutions.
  • Refine and enhance AI models to align with specific use cases and applications, ensuring optimal performance and relevance.
  • Investigate and test a range of AI models, libraries, and methodologies to discover the most effective solutions for identified challenges.
  • Create tailored AI solutions as necessary, employing advanced techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
  • Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Comprehensive understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and other AI technologies.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Strong grasp of software development best practices, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, complemented by strong critical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
