- Participate in a team on-call rotation approximately every 6-8 weeks, with a dedicated day of paid time off to promote work-life balance.
Training and Development: We ensure you are well-prepared through extensive training on initial evaluations, treatment planning, documentation practices, psychopharmacology, and crisis intervention.

Qualifications: Candidates should hold a valid license as LPC, LCSW, LPC-S, BAC-S, LMSW, CSW, or PLPC. Personal recovery experience or professional background with this demographic is preferred.
