About the Role

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the Atlanta/Charleston SC region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 9-10 Vision Territory Managers (VTMs) in selling Bausch + Lomb contact lens and lens care products to independent and retail affiliated Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet/exceed regional sales quota and key execution metrics
  • Coach and manage VTMs to effectively conduct sales calls and move business forward
  • Develop region business plans to create sustainable growth trajectories
  • Effectively manage VTM sales performance and develop key stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of healthcare sales management experience and 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience
  • Outstanding leadership characteristics and ability to inspire a team
  • Strategic thinking and efficient decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
