As a Relief Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for relieving workers in the shipping area during scheduled breaks and/or vacation periods. You will maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours, operate all necessary equipment, and prepare paperwork for the oncoming shift.

You will also be responsible for completing all required documentation, scheduling product checks, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Additionally, you will follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures, as well as all safety and security policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous refrigerated warehouse and shipping experience. Yard mule experience is preferred. You must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.

You will also need to be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required. You must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug screen and physical.

This role requires you to be able to stand/walk on your feet constantly during your shift. You must be able to repetitively lift up to 50-75 lbs and constantly pull up to 270 lbs with a pull rod while walking backward.

You will also be exposed to outside weather/temperature conditions and must be able to work in both very hot and very cold environments for extended periods of time. You will be required to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push, and pull, and reach above and below the shoulder.
