Role Summary:

As the Reconstruction Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all facets of our reconstruction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with quality standards. Your leadership will guide a team of skilled professionals, facilitate client interactions, and ensure all projects meet industry regulations and company protocols.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction while representing the PuroClean brand.
  • Overseeing all reconstruction projects from inception to completion.
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and fostering relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Leading a team of reconstruction specialists, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Managing production schedules, pricing details, and coordinating with management.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintaining job sites in an orderly manner and adhering to uniform guidelines.
  • Effectively communicating and addressing customer concerns with management.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and providing regular project updates.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
  • Resolving conflicts or issues that arise during the reconstruction process.
  • Keeping accurate records of project activities, expenses, and timelines.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
  • Ensuring clear communication with office personnel and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or reconstruction management.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent operational management and organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Texas.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools (DASH, Xactimate, Encircle).
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage for this role.
