We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our Estate Planning and Administration group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with drafting of legal documents, preparing probate forms and correspondence, and proofreading skills. If you have a four-year college degree and/or paralegal certificate, excellent communication skills, and a good command of MS Word and Excel, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing law firm where you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives. You will also assist with preparing pleadings for guardianship and estate litigation matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and preparing estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives.
  • Prepare probate forms and correspondence related to estate planning and administration.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree or paralegal certificate required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good command of MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
