Cleveland Clinic Health System is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of speech and language pathology. We seek a highly skilled Pediatric Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our team of passionate caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to diagnose and treat communication disorders in pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills and swallowing function.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with referral sources and outside agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech and language pathology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SP) from the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy.
