This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to ensure comprehensive and effective therapy outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of conditions.
  3. Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
  5. Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  6. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each client.
Requirements
  • A Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • A valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • Experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
What We Offer
