Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our Quality Assurance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain key programs and projects managed by the Quality Assurance Department
  • Conduct supplier assessments and approvals within established parameters
  • Perform on-site internal audits of service centers and coordinate audits of mobile trucks
  • Initiate, manage, and monitor audit-related corrective actions
  • Provide inter-departmental support in QA-related activities, including audit follow-up, training coordination, and supplier quality follow-up
  • Support QA-related training materials and assist with KPI development and tracking
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a technical field, such as manufacturing, aerospace, or defense
  • At least three years of experience in auditing to Quality Management System requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Exposure to data compilation and tracking methods, reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and training and presentation methods
  • Knowledge of regulatory Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, and technical systems within a regulatory environment
  • Basic awareness of gaining foreign aircraft maintenance organization authorizations and certifications, and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Supplemental Manuals
  • Ability to travel to off-sites within the network (domestic and foreign)
