Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and events
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hourly pay rate of $18.04
- Pay on Demand
- Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
