Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and events
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
