Job Overview:
As a Multilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be essential in enhancing the customer journey by acting as a primary representative. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers at our service station, facilitating equipment returns or exchanges, and showcasing our offerings while ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Bid farewell to customers with appreciation, using their names and providing a courteous exit.
- Assist customers with equipment retrieval, adhering to established procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Demonstrate products and accessories effectively, offering tailored suggestions based on customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a customer service role.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Capability to lift 25-50 pounds for inventory management.
- Willingness to remain mobile within the store for extended periods, greeting customers and demonstrating products.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a retail setting, not in a call center.
