PROSPECTING:

PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT:

CLIENT MANAGEMENT:

DIRECT SALES:

SALES STRATEGY:

COLLABORATION:

  • Supporting team members as needed and assisting in the training of new hires.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completing other tasks as assigned and dedicating time to achieve set goals.

Performance Expectations:

  • Meeting established sales targets and objectives.
  • Generating a minimum of 12 new leads weekly.
  • Submitting 20 new proposals monthly.
  • Achieving a proposal closing rate of 50%.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Minimum age of 18 and legal eligibility to work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation for work-related travel.
  • Availability to work as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of successful experience in outside sales.
  • AIB certification.

Required Certifications:

  • Completion of state-registered training within 75 days.
  • Obtaining and maintaining relevant certification within six months.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in English and basic math.
  • Familiarity with communication technologies and software.
