Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas/Addison. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and make reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue and expense statements.
  • Conduct security walks to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations during the overnight shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including training new staff members and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College course work in a related field helpful.
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles and proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
