Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas/Addison. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Process and reconcile transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payments
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
