PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager in maintaining excellent resident relations through effective communication and follow-through on all aspects of the property management cycle.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws.
  • Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication, including maintenance requests, rent payments, and lease renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software for all maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders within estimated costs.
  • Assist with the lease renewal process, preparing and coordinating move-in and move-out processes with tenants, and preparing notices and routine correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Respond to prospective residents interested in available properties and communicate with residents throughout the rent collection process.
  • Assist in the preparation of Security Deposit Disposition, adhering to all state laws and company policies.
  • Prepare leases, confirming all necessary addendums and attachments are included before presenting for signature to tenants.
  • Ensure all property and tenant information is documented in property management software and maintain up-to-date information available to all team members.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License in SC
  • Residential property management experience is preferred
  • Operational vehicle for use on the job is required
