  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management as needed.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail setting; prior management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as fitness, wellness, and nutrition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative.
  • Experience with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of inventory.
