  • Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems as necessary.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on systems as required.
  • Provide mentorship and training to HVAC technicians.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Technician is highly preferred.
  • Experience with VRV systems is advantageous, particularly in high-end residential projects.
  • Possession of a current state HVAC technician license.
  • EPA Certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
Compensation

Salary range: $85,000 - $185,000+
