About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medication in accordance with established standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor residents for any changes or adverse reactions to medication.
  • Collect and record medication administration data.
Requirements
  • Active and in good standing Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice.
  • Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) setting is preferred.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
