Job Title: Senior Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. As a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will work with our Federal Government customers to design and implement innovative cloud computing solutions that meet their complex technical needs.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from cloud migration and deployment to application rationalization and modernization.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud computing solutions for Federal Government customers
  • Work with customers to understand their technical needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
  • 5+ years of software development with object-oriented language experience
  • 3+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience
  • 7+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex and large-scale project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP)
