Job DescriptionAs an Operations Manager at Aspen Dental, you will report to the Practice Manager and be responsible for performing daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You will participate in an eight-week training program to ensure success in your role.
- Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, and government regulations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide top-notch patient care.
- Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection to ensure high-quality care.
- Under the direction of the Practice Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
- Review data daily to evaluate its impact on the practice.
- Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
- Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
- Additional tasks assigned by the Practice Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and place a premium on leveraging data.
- Be organized and detail-oriented.
