- Lay out, cut, fit, measure, and weld metals to create desired shapes or objects.
- Demonstrate teamwork by working well with others and responding positively to constructive feedback.
- Previous welding and fabricating experience.
- At least two to three years of warehouse/Shop experience.
- Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all customers, team members, and management.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to walk and move around on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and move objects of 50 lbs or more as required.
- Must pass the company's welding certification.
