Job Summary:
Chileda Institute Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Supervisor - Evening Shift to join our team. As a key member of our residential staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and success of our residents with cognitive and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the House Manager in managing and supervising the assigned house, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
- Train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on behavior programs, policies, and procedures.
- Implement changes introduced by the Residential Team and Core Teams, promoting a positive and enriching living environment.
- Perform all assigned duties of DSPs, including recreational activities, skill development, and domestic training.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field is preferred, but at least one year of supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
