Production Technician Role at Ecolab

Ecolab is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our operations team at our state-of-the-art life sciences manufacturing facility in King of Prussia, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including dryers, grinders, and packaging machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with all clean room safety and production quality requirements.
  • Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and facilities.
  • Document and report production data, including batch processing and quality control metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a clean room or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clean room etiquette.
  • Experience with automated equipment and total productive maintenance (TPM) principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with grinding, homogenization, and packaging of cGMP products and handling APIs.
  • Prior cleanroom experience.
