Production Technician Role at Ecolab

Ecolab is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our operations team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in King of Prussia, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient transfer of products to dryers, grinding, screening, and packaging of products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all clean room safety and production quality requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with the production supervisor to ensure the production schedule is met.
  • Monitor and report any non-conformances to the production supervisor or senior managers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of production experience in a pilot plant or specialty chemical manufacturing plant.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP Guidelines, FDA Regulations, and cleanroom etiquette.
  • Experience working on automated equipment and with TPM - Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Comfortable operating in a clean room environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with grinding, homogenization, and packaging of cGMP products and handling API's.
  • Prior cleanroom experience.
