Job Overview

All Pointe Care, LLC is a leading provider of person-centered services, dedicated to empowering families and individuals to set and reach personal goals. We are seeking experienced professionals to conduct supervised visitation with a degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or Education and one year of experience working with children/adolescents and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct supervised visitation sessions with children and their families, fostering a safe and positive environment.
  • Provide transportation for children to and from visitation sessions, utilizing personal vehicles and maintaining adequate insurance coverage.
  • Document visitation observations and communicate effectively with agency supervisors and family case managers.
  • Support families in achieving their goals, promoting independence and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for families and children.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or Education.
  • One year of experience working with children/adolescents and families.
  • Valid CT Driver's License and minimum motor vehicle insurance coverage of 50/100.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Ability to provide objective documentation of visitation observations and communicate efficiently with agency staff.
Compensation

$25.00 per hour
