As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and supervision to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding residents' rights and provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and positioning.
- Monitor and report any resident changes in condition, as well as assist in monitoring medication programs.
- Dispense medication in accordance with physician orders and maintain accurate records.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population.
- Compassion for and desire to work with elderly individuals.
